How To Heal Knee Twisting With Bad Pins And Needles In Right Leg From Top To Bottom And Very Sharp Pain?

i twisted my knee nearly a week ago and today i have had bad pins and needles in my right leg from top to bottom and very sharp pains i had an xray when i did it but nothing broken i am getting worried as it has progressivly got worse throughout the day i am that worried i was going to go to emergency but dont want to seem silly

Twisting injury in knee can cause meniscus tear or ligament injury. Unfortunately x ray can not diagnose it. I would recommend you to show to a orthopedic surgeon, that will be best for you. Till than you should wear a knee capt so that your injury should not progress.
