How To Heal Pain In Lower Back And Buttocks With Intermittent Spasms?
Back pain lower back & buttocks for 2 weeks today. Painful spasms sometimes. Most pain walking, bending but ok laying. Chiropractor said my pelvis was out & clicked, some relief temporary but now painful walking again. How long to heal? Action to take etc?

You seems to have muscle spasm, my advice would be take hot fomentation, thiocolchicoside drug as muscle relaxant along with ibuprofen under local doctor guidance.
