How To Heal Paining Calves After A Walk?

Hi, I am 51 and have recently started to go walking after work and at weekends to get fit. However after walking for about 15 minutes, my calves hurt and my feet go numb. I have loosened my laces in case my trainers were too tight but it still happens. can you help please?

Hi,

I am so sorry to hear about this pain shortly after starting exercises. The truth is that this pain is related with the recent start of physical activities. Carry on, progressively and this would resolve by itself. Remember you should start and increase progressively in the intensity of your physical exercise.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
