How To Heal Severe Knee Injury With Pain And Numbness?
Hi I fell on my knee yesterday. Had xrays and no break. ER Doctor said my pain and numbness is near the meniscus and I needed to follow up with the ortho Dr by end of the week if still painful. Braced it and have crutches. What seems to be going on? Could I have injured my meniscus?

it's difficult to say regarding injury to meniscus without clinically examining you.but
there are test which can help like-try to sit on floor from standing position with both foot in inward direction.follow the same test with feet in outward direction.
if you are able to do without much pain your mensci are largely healthy.
meanwhile,do ice fomentation,tab.ibuprofen and rest to knee.
