I am training for a marathon--the LA Marathon to be precise--it's on March 9. About two weeks ago, Saturday, I had a good 17 mile run.  Then on Monday I ran a fast 6 and on Tuesday, the same.  Thursday, I had an intense groin pain, but I ran 7 miles.  I was literally out from work the next day (Thursday) and Friday.  Was unable to run that following week.  Went to doctor's just to be sure--it was just overuse.  So I went to PT once last week and the PT took my right leg and told me to relax and then he pulled it and it felt so much better.  I haven't run, however, did a little jog run today (Saturday) and I can feel it, but it's not debilitating.  The Marathon is in two weeks!
