How To Heal Stomach Flu Related Gas,stomach Pain,diarrhea And Bloating?
I had the Stomach flu over a weak and post 2 days out I tried to start back eating and had a lot of Gas and stomach pain and diarrhea again. Now a Week post. I tried to start back eating heavy food again and had Gas, Bloating so bad I was up all night. Could the Stomach Flu had aggravated my Gallbladder?
I have never Had Gallbladder prob before or anyone in my Family. I do have IBS also.

your symptoms are related with stomach flu.
I think you should continue the treatment of stomach flu like :
probiotics, antacids, tasectan, plenty of water.
Usually stomach flu may continue up to three weeks.
If you have no improvement after a couple of days treatment I would suggest to run further examinations like :
abdominal ultrasound
blood work
fecal exams
