How To Heal Swollen And Hard Wound Post Perianal Abscess Surgery 3 Days Ago?
Dear dr. I had perianal abscess surgery 3 days ago. They did an incision and they drained it for pus. They let the wound open to heal inwards, i believe. But honestly, the area is still swollen and kind of hard still. Its not anywhere near as painful as before

Perianal absces have been drained. now you should do sitz bath. daily dressing with sterile gauge tobe pluged towound sothat feeling of wound will be from inside. Dressing have to be done at hospital opd.
