How To Heal Swollen Labia Minora After Rough Sex?

the other night I had sex and it was very rough it hurt, when I got home I noticed blood on my underwear, so I immediately took a look down there & noticed my left labia minora was swollen & I had a semi deep cut at the top, like in the crest (if that makes sense) I used an ice pack for the swelling & it helped, now it s still a bit swollen, but no longer bleeds but does sting at times. What do I do? will it heal on its on? is there some ointment I can use? Please help!

Hi

I understand your concern.

Ice pack is very useful and apply 4 times in a day.

Anti inflammatory gel like diclogesic is helpful for some extent.

What is more important is not to hurt more.

Means require rest and avoid sex till it resolves completely.

So please avoid such rough sex till full recovery.

It will automatically reduce as time passes.
