How To Heal Tiny Little Cuts On Perineum That Are Painful?
I have these tiny little cuts on my perineum .sorta paper like cuts. And they sting every time it s gets a bit stretched, like esp after a bowel movement . I ve had this for a few months now. Is there a way to heal it? And also, normally my vaginal discharge is clear/white or a runny, slimy white discharge with no smell. But sometimes there is a very slight yellow runny, slimy discharge with no smell either. Is there a problem? And if so, how to cure?

I can understand your problem the vaginal discharge is not the problem but the lesion that you have need to be treated, and for that I would advise you to apply the "povidone" oint. three or four time in day keep the area clean this will be cure, take care and have nice day.
