How To Heal Vaginal Dryness And Itch?

Am 48 y.o G2P2, delivered my 2nd daughter last year. Prior to pregnancy I have been experiencing dryness over my mons pubis. This was associated w flakiness of the skin. No associated vaginal discharge. Dryness & itchiness persisted until present more so during monthly peripd when i use sanitary napkin. Thank you

thanks for your question

first don't take tension too much it will aggravate your symptoms.

I think you are suffering from vaginitis one of fungal infection

stop to using soap to wash vagina and groin area it will alter your PH and it will cause infection

use v wash or clean and dry for washing vagina and groin area it will maintain healthy flora of vagina

use cotton clean and fresh loose underwear

take anti fungal for 3 days orally

use clotrimazole powder which is anti fungal after swimming , perspiration and bathing

use itch guard will relieve your itching problem as well as reduced your infection
