How To Heal Yeast Infection Mediated Vagination, mouth Discomfort And Rash Over Torso?

I took amoxcillin for one week for an infection caused by a cat bite. The infection is gone, but now I have what I think is a yeast infection. I was expecting vagination and mouth discomfort (which I have), but I now also have a rash over my torso. It doesn't itch. It is just red spots everywhere (more where my bra straps rub my skin). What can I do?

Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
As you have take antibiotics for cat bite, along with the antibiotics you are supposed to take anti rabies vaccines also because cat is also known to transmit rabies.
As you are suspecting the yeast infection which should be confirmed by your doctor.
If it is yeast infection, for my patients i would have advised local anti fungal cream over the rash.
If the symptoms are severe you can take oral antifungal drug for 7-10 days.
But the fungal infection should be confirmed first.
Thank you.
