How To Help My Child From Motion Sickness?

Hi, my 2 year old daugter get very sick when travelling on a bus. Today she got sick twice. We make sure she has her breakfast, wears light clothes. But it doesn't help. We are going to Turkey in 10 days and there is a lot of travelling ahead - her first flight, long car journey. How can I help her?
