Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM forum,
First of all let me assure you there is no worry as per the report of the child. ASD is a very common heart defect that is seen in pediatric age group. Your child seems to be having a small hole and it will most probably close by itself without any surgery. But if i were you, i would have a regular follow up with my cardiologist as advised and regular check up ECHO to confirm that its closing well.
Take care.
Happy to help.
