How To Identify Implantation Bleeding?

I m due for my period, but when I wipe there is barely any blood and is brownish in color. It also kind of smells metallic like menstrual blood. My fiancé and I have been very active and I was wondering if you could tell me if this is implantation bleeding, or my period?

I have gone through your history and understand your concern. Yes,it could be due to hormonal imbalance or implantation bleeding. Get your blood beta hcg levels to rule out the possibility of pregnancy.
