How To Improve Metabolism To Achieve Weight Reduction, Arthritis Makes Exercise Impossible?
I had a stint put in 10 years ago from a block artery in my heart. I am obeise but have arthritis really bad so exercise is out of the question. My metabolism is extremely low and I am 5'9" tall and 300 lbs. I do take plavix, enalapril, metoprolol, aspirin, folic acid,simivastin, etc the doctor says this does not work, and to me just lose the weight or die. My metabolism is very low and I don't lose weight and really want to, I don't care if I have to eat only 500 calories can I do the drops and not die from something stupid from the drops?

sometimes people like you who are in great need of exercise having arthitis need other kind of exercises like swimming and lie down on back exercises. have a specific diet made by dietician. try some herbal tonic for metabolic control like satavari and chyanprash.
