Hi there
Since your child has lost his appetite and there is an evidence of bleeding manifestation, I would like to examine the child first and to do some basic investigations to proceed further.
Such as:
Full Blood Count and Blood picture
ESR and CRP
PT/INR and APTT
and Ultra sound scan of the abdomen

and I'd like to know his growth parameters height and weight to assess whether the findings are subjective.

Thank you!
