How To Improve The Semen Motility?

I'm living in INDIA since i've no child after four years, today also went from doctor consultancy, but i was feed up, coz since four years taking treatment but no improvement at all.
My semen Motility is 0% shall i improve it? can you assist me? Please advice

based on your statement i would state that you have what is called as Asthenospermi meaning thee by that the motility of the sperms is almost 0 %.
the cause of Asthenospermia has not been found out in spite of extensive research in field of infertility.
There are so many medications in the market sold with the claim to improve the sperm motility but the truth is that not a single medicine has been scientifically proved to be effective to in improving sperm motility .
unfortunately there is no effective treatment that can improve the motility of sperms .
You have to accept the reality that there is no possibility of you to impregnate your wife.
