How To Improve Weight?

hello doctor, my age is 27 and my height is 5.8 & weight is only 51 kgs. I feel very shy before my youngers as they look elder than me even sometimes that make fun of me. Although i take proper diet, milk and banana before break fast. Milk in the evening as well.., but still i am skinny. PLz help me doctor..

1-Make sure your Body doesn't have a disease specially thyroid or an intestinal issue.Get a general body check up.




2-Take high protein diet .


3-A two hour hard physical exercise every day ( however you can divide it into two portion , one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening ) like morning or evening hard walk or a visit to gym will yield results within 2-3 months .


4-But as your body is thin so visit a gym and instructor in gym will advise you how to strengthen the muscle with mass build. But during this period you have to eat high protein as well as fat.


5-Please Don'T try over the counter products from brands and vendors which are not authentic they usually contain steroids and heavy metals which can have very bad side effects.


6- Don't Take steroids.


7- Stay persistent ,no big change is created in just one or two weeks do good gym and hard workout for one year consistently with full heart then see results.
