How To Increase Hb Levels During Pregnancy?

I am 7 months pregnant and my hb is 9.7. i am talking orfer xt twice a day. Please help me how could i increase my hb. My PCV 28.7, ESR - 14, RBC - 3.65, Platelet count - 2.75, Total WBC - 0000, Neutrophils - 74, Lymphocytes - 21, Eosinophils - 03, Monocytes- 02, Basophils - 00. Please let me know this is a sign of any infection or my hb reduced due to my pregnancy. Please let me know.

hi there, a fall in hemoglobin level during pregnancy is expected and 9.7 Hb thou' low is not a critical level. Taking oral supplimental iron tablets as you are doing will suffice and will not cause any problems for you or the baby. But if you are still very concerned then you may take the advise of your attending obstretician and see if injectable iron can be given tho' it is not required. Rest of your blood report are within normal range. Do not worry as these are normal changes of pregnancy. Take plenty of rest, nutritious diet and enjoy the pregnancy.
