How To Increase Body Fat In Thighs, Legs And Butt?

I am currently on the Dukan "protein" diet - I have lost some weight, my main goal was to lose my abdominal fat, which is were I carry most of my weight. the problem that I am having - I am losing my thighs, legs and butt. How do I increase these areas?

Unfortunately there is no way for the dietary changes to cause predominant weight loss in the abdomen.

The addition of abdominal toning exercises would help with weight loss in this area.
There area a number of toning exercises available that may be able to help you.
