How To Increase Energy Levels Before Periods? Have PCOS, Eating Healthy And Exercise And Have Mood Swings

Is there anything i can do to help my energy levels before my period. I get nasea and fatigue very bad. I eat healthy plus exercise daily, a doctor told me years ago that i have pcos without doing an ultra sound. My menstrual cycle comes every month but usually at different times and my moods go up and down for weeks.

Hi. It can also be due to PMS( pre menstrual syndrome), Also, if PCOS, there is hormone imbalance . You can take progesterones in the premenstrual phase that is 10 daysfore , orally or vaginally., after consulting your dr.
Also, you can try some yoga, meditation to keep your mood up.
Thanks.
