How To Increase Height?
hi my height is 5 feet and 8 inches and i want to grow it more 3 to 4 inches. is it possible?? if yes then how??if no then why ?? history:- i am 21 years old and my weight is 75 to 80 KG my all brother have near 6 feet tall i masturbate for nearly 10 years and i have no sexual problem.but some orthopedic problems like knee problem. is my height growth is stopped because of masturbate . please help me i want to grow my height 3 to 4 inches.

Unfortunately, there is no way to increase the height in adults, after the growth plates close, usually after 18. Also, it should be noted that masturbation doesn't cause any weakness or stoppage of height growth.
