How To Increase Mobility In Legs After Total Knee Replacement?
i had total knee replacement 5 months ago (two previous knee surgeries) the problem i am dealing with now is scar tissue and i have very, very little range of motion due to the scar tissue. I have had two procedures of large doses of cortisone to break down the scar tissue which in turn is suppose help with my range of motion. So far it has help with the inflammation in my leg but not with my range of motion. For therapy I swim n do leg things with a flipper on for resistance, jacuzzi for the jet pressure, ice, heat, massages etc. none of it is helping to increase the range of motion. Will I have to live the rest of my life like this or is there anything else I can do?
