How To Increase Stamina?

Hi i am 36 years old. Doing job in a MNC. Last couple of days i feel tried all the time. Day by day i have loosing my energy and stamina. I cant sleep well in night. Thats why i feel sleepy all the day long. I smoke & drink regularly. Several times i tried to stop drinking but i couldn't. Please how can i recover my self.

it's very simple
keep yourself motivated and cheerful
try to reduce the smoking and alcohol
don't smoke 5 to 6 hours prior to bed
have some food supplement to increase your vigour and stamina like multivitamins
go for some exercise like brisk walking or jogging
Do some relaxation and deep breathing exercises
