How To Increase The Sperm Count?
Hi, my question is on less no. of sperm count.i think it is 6 or 10 million.i like to know reasons behind less sperm count. i wanted to understand like is there any natural way to increase the count? are there any 1) natural ways / ayurvedic ways to increase the sperm count 2) any alternative englich medicines that you would likely to help?

the normal sperm count varies from 6 to 10 million per ml of semen. liver disorders/ smoking/ drinking excessive alcohol can all reduce sperm count. there is no natural ways to increase the sperm count, only medications in the people suffering from the infertility because of less sperm count will benefit. that needs to be taken under the supervision of a doctor

Counts less than 20 million are considered less. Deficiency of zinc can cause this. Taking lot of sea food and also zinc containing food stuffs to improve the count.
