How To Increase Weight And Bone Density?

my self jonu n my age is 25yrs. height \6ft,weight-64kg,,,always i eat lots of meals and all are quality caloric but m always unable to gain a pound. i wanna gain my weight little more,,, my bone density is not so good.hips also are flat.plz help me..

As you describe, you need some more weight. You can have with the assistance of medicines.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such condition, injection of anabolic steroid, multivitamins, calcium, and protein supplements.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods,calories, fats, fries, occasional junk foods to have good health
Sleep for little more time practice early to bed and little late to wake up. Try to sleep for some time in the day time.
