How To Interpret Semen Analysis Test?

good day sir, my semen analysis is shown: sperm count=34.6x10^6, motility= 50% active, sluggish= 25%,non active =25% morphology 70% normal, viability=65%, other finding plus calls 14/1, and semen culture isolated are: staphylococcus aureus. please let me know what to do?

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.This is indicated by presence of pus cells. Normally there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.Semen infection is also confirmed by culture report.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Other investigation like routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Rest of the findings like count,morphology,motility are normal.
