Respected Doctors, Yesterday I have done my medical checkup as my employer asked me to have one. My results are as follows: HBsAg 0.442 TPHA 0.190 Bilirubin 1.7 Now, please help me to understand are they not good? If they are not how can I make them good? My repeat test is on 26th of Feb, 2018.
Hello welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.
Your bilirubin level is slight high. To interpret whether hbsag postive or not I need to check your report and to see cut off value as well. Investigate with CBC and reticulocyte count estimation to rule out hemolytic anemia. Sugar cane juice and apple juice like fruit juice can be taken more. Avoid strenous activities. Take low fatty foods. Kindly attach your reports so that I can check it.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
