Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have 7-10 pus cells/hpf in urine. It suggest mild urinary tract infection. You also have many bacteria which also favor UTI. Your rest all findings in urine analysis reports are normal. You should take a course of antibiotics like ciprofloxacin or levofloxacin or norfloxacin. These all are prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
