How To Interpret Urine Test Result?

Hi, just want to ask if what does it mean? do I have to consult a doctor? is it a UTI ? help me pleaasee.. ph-8.0 , trace protein, epithelial cells many,Pus cells-7-10/hpf, RBC-0-2hpf , amorphous phosphate- few, bacteria- many.. I hope you can answer my question of what it means and I need your suggestion If I m going to consult a doctor..

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have 7-10 pus cells/hpf in urine. It suggest mild urinary tract infection. You also have many bacteria which also favor UTI. Your rest all findings in urine analysis reports are normal.
You should take a course of antibiotics like ciprofloxacin or levofloxacin or norfloxacin. These all are prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
