How To Keep Pancreatitis Under Control?

My original question was to get educated about PANCREATITIS. Opening the reply made me smart about anything but..... Please can you help me to learn about the risks and problem preventions to keep my PANCREATITIS under control??? I am happy to change my personal life stile to keep this problem under control.
