How To Know If Contraceptive Pills Are Working?

Hi doc,.my lmp may 12,2014 and we had sex june 3 around 1am... I took nordette 1st dose 9:15am and 2nd 9:15pm...im 28-30day cycles.. After taking the last dose, i dont experience any side effect..is it working??? It is my first time to take contraceptive pills..is there a chance to be pregnant???
