How To Know The HIV Status?

I have congenital adrenal hyperplasia , I used to ake 30mg hydrocortisone since I was child , Iam 40 i am married with three kids my HIV ELISA and WB positive with undetectable PCR the doctors not sure about my HIV status because of steroid and unaffcted wife

1. I seen your query and i am happy to help you. You already mentioned that you had 3 kids and you are using 30mg hydrocortisone since birth for adrenal hyperplasia.
2. You diagnosed as hiv positive status by Elisa test and Westernblot test
3. Even thought if the PCR shows undetectable hiv in your body it was said to be hiv positive only
4. Kindly do ELISA test once again and also viral load test once every 3 months to know the quantity of hiv particles in your body.
