How To Loose Weight While Having 4th Back Surgery Recently?

Hello, I had my 4th back surgery December 26th. I am told no walking or exercise
at this time. I downloaded the app on my phone and thought 1200 calories would be ok. I would like to loose weight while healing but want to remain healthy and not hinder the healing process. Do you think 1200 is too much for the lack of activity?

1200 calories will be ok for you

For weight loss exercise has to be regular. ( BREATHING EXERCISE/ PRANAYAM)


Weight loss is not a miracle.. You have to eat balanced and exercise regular for achieving a ideal body weight for life long.

Also dieting is not a solution for weight loss, Instead eat local and all seasonal food items and be regular in physical activity


Please follow the undermentioned points:-

1. drink 3-4 lit water every day
2. Start your day with 1-2 glass warm water - get fresh and take 8-10 soaked almonds and then go for morning exercise
3. Opt for wheat pooriadge/ Milk porriadge/ stuffed roties/ vegetable sandwiches/ Boiled pulses + 1 cup milk
4. Take 5 meals per day - 3 major meals and 2 small meals
5. 2 Servings of fruits every day
6. Eat all local and seasonal fruits and vegetables
7. Take 2-3 Cups of green tea every day - 1 at bed time before sleep
8. Avoid all processed and ready to eat food items.
