the prescription is correct but the usual dosage is 4 tablets 2 to 3 times a day for 3 months to see the desirable results. Please do a thorough health profile check such as sugar, lipid profile, Liver function and kidney function before starting any medicines.
You need to consult a dietician for a healthy diet plan and include regular exercises in your your routine. The abdominal fat takes a very long time to lose so you may require to continue the lifestyle measures for at least 4 to 6 months to see the results.

I am in complete agreement with answering leaned doctors.I am only add that you should aviod fatty diet.and use green tea+1/8 piece of lemon+honey 1tspf every morning.you to have waite for losing some weight subject to controoling excess dietary desire.

my suggestion l b
avoid rice ,meat,chese and al type of oily stuffs
excercise minimum half an hour a day
eat whole wheat chapatis instead of rice with vegetables
hav fruits in diner
have plenty of water.try brisk walking
this l b magic for u instead of poping those pills,which l have side effects.

Yes they are helful . But a Constitutional remedy work faster, helps boost metabolism, corrents digestion and is more effective.
You havnt mentioned your weight..but I would say, medication without diet planned and exercise will not act for long. For fast and permanent results, exercise and follow a diet plan.
