Hi my name is Mary and I am overweight or I quessed by your calutations obease. I do not have a colon so I am limited on the foods I can eat without gas and pain and explosive diarrhea.The doctor says I should weight 145 I weight 172 which even at nine months pregnant my most weight was 136. I do not each very much because of my problem. I do drink a lot of water all day. I do not work due to disability I have had a spinal fusion, both knees replaced,4 shoulder surgerys and COPD severe, Do you have any suggestions for me so I can lose weight.

But to be in ideal limits of weight you should curb on SODA, SUGAR, CARBOHYDRATES, RICE. Take salads if that doesn't bother you much for the absent colon. Keep walking and jogging. do mild exercise 4 days a week. but don't hurt your body for that. I am sure you can lose weight by your will power and struggle. take high fiber diet always.
