There is no shortcuts in losing weight, dont get preyed to Ads of losing wt by shortcut, its like asking to drive vehicle without petrol.
U have to modify ur lifestyle including exercise, consult a ur doctor to get a proper guidance.

to control diet and exercise is the best way to loose weight
as u not want to loose weight by exercise then u can do
-yoga and pranayam at home
-avoid oily and spicy food
-avoid eating fast food and junk food
-drink more water
-take high fiber diet like green veg and fruits
do not take any medicine to reduce fat as it will harm u more.
