How To Lose Weight?

I want to lose weight, I weight 245 pounds and I am a current college student who is taking a course load of classes and barely has time to workout at the gym. I started cutting out my eat habits and drinking sodas is being cut out too. What should I do?

There are different diet programs that you can use, the main ones being the low carbohydrate diet and low calorie/low fat diet.

It would be best to choose one. IN the low carb, your body would use fats for energy and in the low fat, it would use carbs.
The low carb diet normally causes faster initial weight loss and has been said to be associated with the weight staying off for longer.

Diet plans for each would be available online.

Though exercise is important, you can lose weight by altering your diet alone.

In terms of the exercise, there are short intense exercise programs that require less than 10 mins eg tabata type exercises which just describes intense short bursts of exercises
