How To Lose Weight?

I'm 34 years old, 5'10" @ 212lbs and have hypothyroidism and have gained about 50 lbs. My meds are doing great but I'm not dropping any of the weight I gained even with good diet and exercise. If I get liposuction, having hypothyroid, will I gain all the weight back?

Hi
Liposuction will help some with your weight but I also suggest you get the book Eat to Live by Joel Fuhrman M.D. which will instruct you in a very effective weight-losing diet
