How To Lose Weight?

my height is 5' 1'' and my weight is 62. i am doing treadmill for 30 min,atleast 4 days a week. i am not taking any sweet , fried food. even then my weight is constant from 2 months. i am striving for my previous weight that was 52 before marriage. pls help me out

you should go out for walks and start jogging. do anything that makes you sweat and makes you feel like adrenaline is coursing. this helps loose weight.
keep your diet in check and have light dinner and a very heavy breakfast.
