How To Lower Blood Pressure Level?

i am 76, not on medication for blood pressure. In recent years it has been averaging 125-/68 but the last few times i ave had it tested at a Rite Aid it is averaging 135 to 150 over the same 68. What can I do to lower it. I weigh 140 and walk daily

I read your question and I understand your concern.

The values you are a little high though not alarming. If your values are consistently (in at least 3 occasions) over 140 then it is a case of hypertension though. Measurements should be taken seated after at least 5 min of rest and no use of coffee or tea in the preceding 30 minutes.
If you want to try non-medication means, you should try a low salt diet and avoidance of stimulants like caffeine. Also there are studies suggesting herbs, like garlic or hawthorn. Walking daily is also good, keep it up.
If these measure are not enough then you should consider starting medical treatment, if the values are the ones you mentioned shouldn't need many drugs or high dosages.
