I had a surgery on my shoulder and is now unable to do exercise till my physiotherapy continues as I am unable to move my right hand. What shall I do to keep my weight in check. It can be controlled, by diet regimen. Avoid the calories, fats, oils, junk foods, fleshy fruits like guava, and banana. Minimize the sleeping time, practice late to bed, and early to rise. Avoid the day time sleep. For movement of the right hand,I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms nuerotropic injections for 10 consecutive days and then periodically. supplements of calcium, vitamin D, and pain killers when needed.
