How To Make Periods Normal And Regular Without Medicine?

Hi. I am due to be on my period right now however I can only see blood when I wipe and find very little blood on the pad. This has been going on for about a week. I recently (about 2 months ago) finished taking the medication Noresthisterone for an abnormally long period. After finishing this medication I had another normal two periods so thought my cycle was starting to become normal again. I was wondering if it s the medication that having this effect on me now?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
To regularize the periods without taking any medicine is difficult as it is normally a hormonal problem. You can lose few extra kilos and have healthy diet and regular exercise to help.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
