How To Manage Difficulty In Speech, Stumbling / Stuttering, When Having A Conversation?
Hi, whenever I attempt to speak out loud to an individual or a group of people I stumble over words, and can't think of what I want to say. On the other hand when I just think to myself or go over a conversation in my head I have no problem. I can have an amazing conversation in my head but when I try to regurgitate it, it goes down in a fireball. Any help would be much appreciated.Thanks.
The problem stated by you is seen commonly because of anxiety. There are several ways of overcoming anxiety like therapy or if required, medications. You will first need to visit a psychiatrist personally to seek treatment.
Hope this helps, Dr A Rao
