(I ve been drinking water and working out sometimes)
I can understand your concern for weight gain. But at your age, it is normal to feel hungry since you are growing up. Do not starve yourself as you need food for proper growth and development. Instead focus on eating a healthy nutritious diet so that your body is not deprived of essential nutrients at the same time you are satiated without adding on extra kilos. For this, you must eat foods which provide more nutrients and less of energy. Avoid foods which only increase calories in diet without giving much nourishment. Avoid fried, oily, junk foods. Limit intake of refined foods like white breads, burger, cakes cookies and biscuits which will not give any nourishment but will only increase energy intake. Instead focus on eating lower calorie but nutrient dense foods like low fat milk/curd and cottage cheese prepared at home. whole wheat sandwiches with vegetables like lettuce, shredded cabbage, grated carrots, slices of cucumber and tomato. Apply less butter or margarine. Avoid mayonnaise which is rich in fat. Eat plenty of raw salads and clear soups when you feel hungry. Snack on low calorie foods like carrots, cucumber, melons, peaches and plums etc. Have more fibre rich foods like fresh fruits and vegetables as raw salads as they do not increase energy intake but provide a feeling of fullness. You can have fruit salad, sprouts salads in between meals to stave off hunger pangs. If you need any help or clarification, then you can ask me again, I will be glad to help you. Take care and do not worry.
