How To Overcome Corex Addiction?

Hi, I am 33yr old working in a MNC, I take 2bottles of corex every day since my college days ie-approx 10yrs, but earlier used to abuse 1bottle/day, after having a job it increases to 2bottles/day,I tried quiting it earlier as my mom & dad helped me to quit tat which successfully worked as well.I was out of it for approx 6month but aftr few months again I started and continuing same till these days. I understand & can feel that it is decreasing my sex power also get panic attacks gets overexcited and over irrate sometime as I have a wife but she don t know about this addiction which also cause loss of money,power & guilt. so I want to get rid from it as we are planning a baby by nxt year so if you can suggest or recomend me to get over this shit substance also let me know that will it impact in fertilization as we are planning?can we have a normal baby as others?will it impact by any chance to my baby?hope u understood the urgency & please give me a quick remedy for the same as I want to be normal again and want to lead a normal life. Drug addiction is really problematic and affects your life tremendously. I understabd your concerns.
This is good that you have taken a strong decision to quit corex. This will require a persistent motivation as it can be slightly painful initially. But i can assure you that if you pass this initial phase, you will be able to stop it and lead a happy. Obce out of it, you can have children like anyone else.

For the treatment, drugs like amitriptyline, diclofenac, cetrizine can be used. In other words the treatment is purely symptomatic. Some clinicians may prefer to use tramadol or buprenorphine.
But these drugs are taken only under psychiatrist's supervision.
