How To Overcome Addiction To Trileptil Lamictal And Vyvanse?
How does a young lady titrate off of Trileptil, Lamictal, and Vyvanse for the sake of her pregnancy? and how long before getting pregnant, if not already should she strive to be off these medications? And if she is pregnant already, is the baby going to be viable, or is it going to miscarry due to being so damaged from these medications?
These medicines should not be tapered off without first discussing with your doctor. Sometimes doctors decide to continue with at least a few of the medicines for the best interests of both the mother and the baby, because a sick mother is unlikely to be able to take good care of herself during pregnancy. Ideally the medicines should be stopped at least a few weeks before conception so that no trace remains in the body when the baby is conceived. If a baby has been conceived already, then the baby may not miscarry, especially if the first three months have passed.
Best wishes.
