Masturbation is not a bad thing, masturbation is normal physiology. Humans and animals both masturbate.

But frequent masturbation. masturbation every day can have some ill effects.

Porn is bad, watching porn had a lot of issues, out of curiosity watch porn will lead to boredom and people usually end up watching an unsecured porn video and expect same form their partner.

Like watching an Action movie and trying to have the same experience in real life, you only end up hurt.

There are methods to reduce masturbation.

1.     Sex education
2.     Physical exercises
3.     Sleep adjustment
4.     Quality of sleep
5.     Healthy and balanced diet
6.     Programming for leisure time
7.     Development of spirituality
8.     Taking a cold bath

These are simple ways you can reduce masturbation. If you still have an issue with masturbation need a psychiatric opinion.
