Hello doctor, I was a cocaine addict for almost a year, I have been sober for 2 months now, I am suffering from lack of motivation, tiredness and fatigue, I also have a hard time being around people because of suspiciousness and high anxiety. There are some thoughts of paranoia about the world also. I feel my mind is constantly talking and worrying and this is when I have bad headaches and tiredness. I have seen a psychiatrist and he prescribed me many medications but has not worked, I also received psychotherapy, I am exercising 1-2 hours a day in group exercise classes which helps, all of my symptoms I noticed are slightly getting better as days go by since I have been sober. Any advice can you give me will be appreciated
