I watched the series and relate her story of nine years, and the time and I am talking with myself and made up stories and problems and hours talking with myself and waste my time and sometimes be sexual and end masturbation and tried more than once to stop and i sucsses for days and then come back again and get more sad

Masturbation is a health phenomenon. It cannot be stopped completely.
If you try to stop it completely, you will never succeed. Hence you need to gradually phase it out by decreasing the frequency. Since it is voluntary act, you need to make up your mind for it before trying it.
Divert your attention from it and its thoughts by engaging in some things which you like to do.
You can take counselling sessions by visiting a Psychiatrist, which would ease out the process.
Also, practice meditation technique, which will help you to keep your mind healthy and under control.
