How To Overcome Masturbation Addiction?

Sir I am 21 years old.I have been musturbating since i was 14. I did that only one times a day often after a week.but in recent year i have done it more often two time a day while wtching some porn videos. sir now penis has become so weak it remains layed down thiner at the middle My one testis(left) is somewhat smaller than right. now adays I am afraid of infertilty as testis remains hanging down mostly. small veins has appeared on testes I can see them after carefull observation. sir i am a teen now I have realized that i have not to that. please suggest a beter way for me . i am going to marry aftet one year. sir I have no debit card to pay the money please answer my question. i am a student

Hello,

The masturbation has nothing to do with scrotum or testicle size, so be sure that your testicles are not getting small and its your psychology which compels you to feel the same as subjective phenomenon. As there is weakness feeling:
- Meditations will help best to lower down the frequency of masturbation and self control as well
- Drink plenty of liquids and maintain hydration
- Balanced nutritious diet with all elements as carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, protein, fat etc
- Avoid smoking or alcohol if consuming
- Manage to have sound regular sleep of 7-8 hours
- Avoid sex if active at present
